Ingredients for Amla Juice Recipe

  • Amla (Indian gooseberry) seeded and chopped roughly 8

  • Ginger roughly chopped 2 inches

  • Cumin seeds 4 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Put Indian gooseberries, ginger and cumin seeds in a blender jar. Blend with a little water to a smooth paste. Add 5 cups water and blend again.

Step 2

Strain into a jug and chill. Serve chilled.
