By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Apr 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Angoor Aur Khajur Ki Chutney Main Ingredients Grapes, Dates Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 25-30 grapes seedless 250 grams dates deseeded & chopped 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 1/2 tablespoons raisins Salt to taste 1/4 cup jaggery (gur) grated Method Dry roast cumin seeds, cool and powder. Cook together grapes and dates along with few drops of water till the grapes are completely mashed. Add red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder, raisins and cook for five minutes. Add salt and jaggery and mix well till the jaggery is completely dissolved and well blended. Serve at room temperature.
