Ingredients list for Anjeer Milkshake - SK Khazana

  • 12-16 Dried figs soaked for 2 hours and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups Vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons Milk powder
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • for garnish Dried figs chopped
  • for garnish Pistachios blanched, peeled and slivered

Method

  1. Put dried figs in a blender jar, add vanilla ice cream, fresh cream, milk powder, green cardamom powder, milk and vanilla essence and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into serving glasses, garnish with chopped dried fig and slivered pistachios. Chill and serve.
