Ingredients for Anjeer Milkshake - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Dried figs soaked for 2 hours and drained 12-16

  • Vanilla ice cream 1 1/2 cups

  • Fresh cream 4 tablespoons

  • Milk powder 2 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder a pinch

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon

  • Dried figs chopped for garnish

  • Pistachios blanched, peeled and slivered for garnish

Method

Step 1

Put dried figs in a blender jar, add vanilla ice cream, fresh cream, milk powder, green cardamom powder, milk and vanilla essence and blend till smooth.

Step 2

Pour into serving glasses, garnish with chopped dried fig and slivered pistachios. Chill and serve.
