By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2019 in Recipes Veg New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Apple, Baby spinach leaves Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 apple 20-24 baby spinach leaves, cleaned 50 grams blue cheese 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts 3-4 tablespoons olive oil Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste 2 teaspoons mustard paste Method Roast hazelnuts in a non-stick pan till they turn light brown. Remove from heat and set aside. Slice apple and place in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, crushed peppercorns, mustard paste and mix well. Add spinach and mix well. Place the salad on a serving dish. Crumble blue cheese and add. Sprinkle roasted hazelnuts on top and serve immediately.
