By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Red apple, Puff pastry dough Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Apple Crisp 1 medium Red apple as required Puff pastry dough for dusting Refined flour (maida) for greasing Melted butter ¼ cup brown sugar/jaggery to sprinkle Cinnamon powder Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Halve and core the apple. Dust worktop with some flour, place the dough and roll out into a ½ cm thick rectangle sheet. Cut into thick strips. Brush each strip with some butter. Sprinkle some brown sugar and cinnamon powder on top. Thinly slice the apple halves horizontally. Place apple slices on one side of each strip, fold and roll them. Place them into individual silicon muffin moulds. Place the moulds on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
