Ingredients list for Apple Ginger Lemonade

  • 2 Apples red, cored and cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Apple juice
  • 1/2 inch Ginger roughly chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Ginger ale
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar/jaggery
  • as required Ice cubes
  • for garnish Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Put apple, apple juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, ginger, ginger ale and ice cubes in a blender jar and blend well.
  2. Strain the mixture into a large bowl through a strainer.
  3. Put one mint sprig into each glass and fill them up with lemonade. Serve chilled.
