By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Nov 2019 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Medium red apple, Medium green apple Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 medium red apple 1 medium green apple 12-16 California walnut kernels 1/2 cup yogurt 2 tablespoons grainy mustard Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil 5-6 tablespoons shredded green cabbage 5-6 tablespoons shredded Purple cabbage 4 tablespoons carrot strips 4 tablespoons pink radish strips 2 tablespoons chopped celery 2 tablespoons dried cranberries Method Slice the apples thinly and set aside. Mix together yogurt, grainy mustard, salt, crushed peppercorns and olive oil in a bowl. Add cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot, radish, celery, cranberries, sliced apples and walnuts and mix well.
