Ingredients list for Avocado Milkshake
- 1 Ripe avocados seeded and chopped
- 3 cups Soya milk
- 1 cup Vanilla ice cream
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- for garnish Avocado wedges
Method
- Place soya milk, vanilla ice cream, avocado and sugar in a blender jar and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Pour the drink into four individual glasses, garnish with avocado wedge and serve chilled.
