Ingredients for Avocado Smoothie - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Large avocado peeled, seeded and sliced 1 + for garnish

  • Milk 2-3 cups

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Ripe banana 1

  • Vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Fresh blueberries 6-8 + for garnish

  • Honey 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Put avocado slices in a blender jar.

Step 2

Peel and break banana into pieces and add along with milk, yogurt, ice cream, some ice cubes, blueberries and honey and blend well.

Step 3

Pour smoothie into individual mason jars, garnish each jar with 1-2 blueberries and an avocado slice. Serve immediately.
