Ingredients
- 1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced + for garnishing
- 2-3 cups milk
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- Ice cubes as required
- 6-8 fresh blueberries + for garnishing
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
- Put avocado slices in a blender jar.
- Peel and break banana into pieces and add along with milk, yogurt, ice cream, some ice cubes, blueberries and honey and blend well.
- Pour smoothie into individual mason jars, garnish each jar with 1-2 blueberries and an avocado slice. Serve immediately.
