By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Baby spinach leaves, Strawberries Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 12-16 baby spinach leaves 6-8 strawberries, hulled 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar Salt to taste 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns 2 tablespoons olive oil Hazelnuts for garnishing Method Refresh baby spinach leaves by placing them in a bowl with iced water for 10 minutes. Put red wine vinegar, salt, crushed peppercorns and olive oil in a bowl and whisk well. Halve strawberries and add to the bowl. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Drain spinach leaves and add to chilled strawberries. Toss well.
