By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bagels, Cream cheese Cuisine Polish Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bagel Sandwich 4 bagels 5 tablespoons cream cheese 4 tablespoons fresh dill leaves chopped as required butter 6-8 Iceberg lettuce leaves torn 10-12 tomato slicews Salt to tasteĀ Crushed black peppercorns to taste 6-8 Lollorosso leaves torn 8 slices smoked salmon 16-20 Avocado slices A few microgreens Method Take cream cheese in a bowl, add dill leaves and mix well. Halve the bagels horizontally, and apply some butter on all the halves. . On each base half, place a layer of iceberg lettuce leaves followed by tomato slices. Sprinkle salt and crushed black peppercorns over them. Top with lollo rosso leaves, 2 smoked salmon slices, 4-5 avocado slices and sprinkle some crushed black peppercorns over. Keep some micro greens on top. Spread the cream cheese spread on the top halves of the bagels and cover each sandwich with them.
