Bahubali Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 whole bread loaf slices
  • Butter as required
  • 2 tablespoons green chutney 
  • 16-18 blanched baby corn slices
  • 3 tinned pineapple slices
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons readymade aloo bhaji
  • 2-3 tablespoons grated processed cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons shredded cabbage
  • 1 small beetroot, peeled and cut into strips
  • ½ medium carrot, peeled and cut into strips
  • 3-4 onion rings
  • 5 tomato slices
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • 3 cheese slices
  • Mayonnaise to drizzle
  • 50 grams processed cheese block
  • Nylon sev to sprinkle

Method

  1. Apply some butter on the bread slices. 
  2. Take one bread slice and spread 1 tablespoon green chutney on it. Top with baby corn slices, pineapple slices and sprinkle crushed black peppercorns on top.
  3. Arrange another bread slice on top.
  4. Spread aloo bhaji evenly. Sprinkle processed cheese on top.
  5. Place the third slice on top. Spread remaining green chutney evenly. 
  6. Sprinkle cabbage, beetroot and carrot on top. Arrange onion rings, tomato slices and cucumber slices on top.
  7. Arrange cheese slices on top. Cover with last bread loaf slice and apply butter on top.
  8. Discard the edges, drizzle mayonnaise, grate some processed cheese on top, sprinkle sev and serve.
