Ingredients list for Baked Aamrakhand

  • 200 grams Yogurt beaten
  • 100 grams Ripe Mango Puree

  1. Preheat oven at 180º C.
  2. Mix together yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl. Add mango puree and mango pieces and continue to mix. Add cream and mix well.
  3. Pour aamrakhand into 4 ramekin moulds and the remaining in a baking dish. Place all of them in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Take them out of the oven and cool down to room temperature. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  5. Serve chilled garnished with mango slices.
