Take butter in a bowl, add sugarand cream together till smooth and light. Break eggs into the bowl and mix well. Add scraped coconut and mix well. Add condensed milk and mix well. Add coconut cream and mix again. Finely chop lemon zest and add. Mix well. Sift refined flour into the bowl and mix well. Pour batter into an ovenproof baking dish, put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
