Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 12-16 walnut kernels + for sprinkling
- 2 cups yogurt
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- A few saffron strands + for garnishing
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder + for sprinkling
Method
- Put yogurt in a blender jar.
- Peel and roughly chop a banana and add to the jar. Add walnuts, powdered sugar, saffron and cardamom powder and blend to a smooth paste. Pour into individual glasses.
- Sprinkle some cardamom powder and crushed walnuts on top. Garnish with saffron and serve immediately.
