By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bananas, Cream cheese Cuisine British Course Desserts Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Banoffee Cheese Cake 2 Bananas 1 cup Cream cheese 14-16 Digestive biscuits 1/2 cup Dark chocolate melted 2-3 tablespoons Butter melted 1/2 cup Dulce de leche to taste Salt 1/4 cup Gelatine melted and bloomed as required Dark chocolate block Method Break the digestive biscuits and put them into a food processor jar and process it to a coarse powder. Add melted chocolate and melted butter and process till well combined. Spread the biscuit mixture at the base of a spring bottom mould, spread it evenly, press lightly and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. Peel the bananas, break them into smaller pieces and put into a food processor jar, add cream cheese and dulce de leche. Add salt and bloomed gelatine and process to smooth paste. Pour this cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuit base and spread it evenly. Keep the mould back in the refrigerator till well set. Shave chocolate for garnishing. De-mould the cheesecake and place it on a serving plate.
