Barbequed Orange Shrimps The flavour of orange and the tangy taste make these prawns an excellent dish which you will want to eat again and again. This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Feb 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Barbequed Orange Shrimps Main Ingredients Prawns, Marinade Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 10-12 large prawns, heads removed, shells intact and deveinedMarinade 3 tablespoons barbeque sauce Salt to taste 1½ tablespoons dried red chilli flakes + for sprinkling 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves 1½ lemons 1 teaspoon oil 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate 2 orangesDressing ¼ cup orange juice 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce Salad to serve Micro greens for garnish Method To make the marinade, take barbeque sauce, salt, red chilli flakes and coriander leaves in a bowl. Squeeze the juice of lemons directly into the bowl and mix well. Add oil and mix well. Add prawns to this marinade and mix well. Add orange juice concentrate and mix well. Grate the zest of ½ orange into the prawn mixture and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Thickly slice the remaining oranges and set aside. Light sufficient coal in a barbeque, place the orange slices on it and place some marinated prawns on top of each orange slice. You can also place a few prawns directly on the barbeque grill. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the prawns, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, for the dressing, take orange juice and barbeque sauce in a bowl and mix well. Drizzle this over the salad and mix well. Take the prawns off the heat. Arrange them on a serving plate, garnish with chilli flakes and micro greens.
