Ingredients for Basil Tomato Mozzarella Skewers Recipe

  • Basil leaves 8-10

  • Cherry tomatoes 8-10

  • Mozzarella cheese cut into medium cubes 100 grams

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons

  • Olive oil 1/3 cup


Step 1

Put cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes, salt, crushed peppercorns, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and mix. Add basil leaves and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Skewer a mozzarella cube, basil leaf and cherry tomato onto each toothpick.
