Ingredients for Beans And Dill Rice Recipe

  • Kidney beans boiled 1/2 cup

  • Dill leaves (suva) chopped 1/2 cup

  • Cooked basmati rice 3 cups

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic,chopped 8-10 cloves

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

  • Dried mixed herbs 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, red chilli flakes and dried herbs and sauté for a few seconds.

Step 2

Add the dill leaves, kidney beans and salt.

Step 3

Mix well and sauté for three to four minutes.

Step 4

Add the rice. Toss to mix and let the rice get heated through.

Step 5

Serve hot.
