Add dried mango powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Switch off the heat and cool. Slit and deseed the chillies. Fill a portion of the gram flour mixture in the green chillies. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place stuffed chillies and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
