By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bhajnee flour, Medium onions Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bhajnee Thalipeeth-SK KHazana 1 1/2 cups Bhajnee flour 2 Medium onions finely chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Goda masala 1 tablespo as required Oil Method Mix together bhajnee flour, onions, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and goda masala in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon oil and sufficient water and knead into a semi-soft dough. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Place a portion on a non-stick tawa, drizzle some oil on it and flatten into a semi thick disc with dampened palms. Make holes on it and drizzle some in them. Place the tawa on heat, cover and cook, turning sides, till evenly golden on both the sides. Similarly, make more thalipeeths.
