By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Nov 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Onion Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 4 eggs 1 small onion, chopped 1 medium potato, boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes 2 green chillies, chopped Crushed black peppercorn to taste ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 2 tablespoons grated processed cheese 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves 6-8 cherry tomatoes Method Preheat the oven to 160º C Break eggs into a bowl. Add onion, potato, green chillies, crushed black peppercorns, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, cheese, coriander leaves and whisk well. Pour the mixture into silicon moulds, place 2 cherry tomatoes on each mould and bake it in a preheated oven for 10 -15 minutes.
