By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Corn kernels, Oil Cuisine Rajasthani Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bhutta Ka Khees 3 Corn kernels 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 medium Onion grated 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped 4-5 cloves Garlic chopped 4-5 Green chillies chopped a pinch Asafoetida 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric powder Milk to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Sugar 1/2 cup Coconut scraped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves Method Remove upper leaves of corn cobs, wash and grate. Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies and sauté till light brown. Add asafoetida and turmeric powder and stir well. Add grated corn and sauté for three to four minutes. Add milk and cook for eight to ten minutes. Add sugar, scraped coconut and salt and mix well and cook till dry. Remove from heat.
