Ingredients list for Black Currant Lassi

  • 1 cup + for garnishing Black currant crush
  • 4 cups Yogurt chilled
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • as required Crushed ice

Method

  1. Blend together the black currant crush, yogurt, sugar and crushed ice in a blender till smooth. Pour the lassi in four glasses. Garnish with a swirl of black currant crush and serve chilled.
