By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Blueberries, Sour cream Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Blueberry Tart 2 cups Blueberries fresh 1 cup Sour cream as required Short crust pastry dough ¾ cup Sugar 1 Egg 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) ¼ teaspoon Salt Method Preheat oven to 180ºC. Spread the short crust pastry dough in a rectangle tart mould, discard the excess dough and dork the crust. Place a butter paper on it, fill with beans and blind bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Whisk together sour cream, sugar, egg, vanilla essence, flour and salt in a bowl till smooth. Add blueberries and mix. Remove the baked tart shell from oven and discard the butter paper and beans. Place it on a baking tray and fill it with the sour cream-blueberry mixture. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
