Ingredients list for Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Thick yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 6 tablespoons Mixed nuts finely chopped (pistachios and almonds)
  • 4 tablespoons Sabza / takmaria soaked

Method

  1. Take yogurt in a blender jar, add blueberries, honey and blend. Add milk and mixed nuts and blend into a smooth mixture.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon basil seeds in each tall glass, pour the smoothie into them and serve immediately.
