Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup thick yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cup milk
- 6-8 tablespoons finely chopped mixed nuts (pistachios and almonds)
- 2 teaspoons basil seeds (sabza), soaked
Method
- Blend together yogurt, blueberries, honey, milk and mixed nuts into a smooth mixture.
- Put basil seeds in a tall serving glass, pour the smoothie and serve.
