Ingredients

    • 2 cups blueberries
    • 1 cup thick yogurt
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 2 cup milk
    • 6-8 tablespoons finely chopped mixed nuts (pistachios and almonds)
    • 2 teaspoons basil seeds (sabza), soaked

    Method

    1. Blend together yogurt, blueberries, honey, milk and mixed nuts into a smooth mixture. 
    2. Put basil seeds in a tall serving glass, pour the smoothie and serve.
