Pour into a non-stick pan and cook, stirring continuously, on medium heat till thick. Switch off heat, transfer into a bowl. Add fruit cocktail along with the syrup and mix well. Put one boondi laddoo in each for 4 serving glass cups and crumble them. Break the cake into small pieces and put over the laddoos. Drizzle 1 tsp sugar syrup over the cake pieces. Top with the custard-fruits mixture. Finally put 1½ tbsps. rabdi over the custard mixture in each cup. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf and serve.
