By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Breads Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bread Rolls-SK KHazana 1 cup + 1 for dusting Refined flour (maida) for greasing Oil 1 teaspoon Fresh yeast 1 teaspoon Castor sugar 1 teaspoon Milk powder 1 tablespo teaspoon Butter 1/4 teaspoon Salt for brushi Milk to sprinkle Black sesame seeds (kale til) Method Put yeast in a bowl. Add castor sugar and 2 tablespoons warm water, stir and set aside till the yeast activates. Mix together flour, activated yeast, milk powder and sufficient water on the worktop and knead to a soft dough. Add 1 tablespoon butter and salt and knead further. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes. Grease a baking tray with some oil. Dust dough with some flour, divide into equal portions and shape into small balls. Place them on the greased tray, cover and set aside to prove for 20-25 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C. Brush some milk on each ball and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
