By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients White butter, Readymade dosa batter Cuisine South Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Butter Dosa 4 teaspoons White butter as required Readymade dosa batter to taste Salt for drizzling Oil 4 tablespoons Gun powder (molagapodi 1 Medium onion chopped 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 4-5 Green chillies chopped to serve Sambhar to serve Coconut chutney Method Take dosa batter in a bowl add salt and mix well. Heat a non-stick tawa, drizzle a little oil and rub it all over the tawa with a piece of muslin cloth. For each dosa, pour a ladle full of batter on the tawa and spread it evenly to make a thin dosa. Drop 1 tsp white butter and ½ tbsp gun powder on the dosa, mix well and spread it evenly. Sprinkle a little onion, ½ tbsp coriander leaves and a little green chillies and cook till the underside of the dosa turns golden. Loosen the edges and roll it and transfer it onto serving plate.
