Ingredients for CREPE - skk Recipe

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 1/2 cups

  • Melted butter 3 tablespoons

  • Milk 3/4 cup

  • Eggs 2

Method

Step 1

Take refined flour in a mixing bowl, add melted butter, milk and eggs and whisk well to make a smooth batter.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter, spread it lightly and cook till the underside turns golden brown. Fold into half and transfer onto a serving plate. Similarly, make other crepes.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
