Add double cream and mix well. Chop chocolates and candies and sprinkle corn flour over them and mix well. Add them to cream cheese mixture. Chop cookies. Add a few cookies to the cream cheese mixture. Grind the remaining cookies and transfer into a bowl. Add butter and mix well. Dissolve gelatin in a ΒΌ cup water and add to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Line a spring form cake tin with the cookie-butter mixture and press. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit layer and spread it evenly. Keep the cake tin in a refrigerator to set.
