Squeeze the juice of a lemon over them and mix well. Heat sugar in a non stick pan, add ΒΌ cup water and let the sugar dissolve. Keep a silicon sheet on a refrigerator shelf. Arrange the banana pieces on the silicon sheet. When the sugar melts continue to simmer till it begins to caramelize. Drizzle it over each banana piece. Sprinkle sesame seeds over them. Prick each banana piece with a toothpick and keep the shelf in the refrigerator to set. Serve chilled.
