Ingredients for Caramel Walnut Chocolate Tart - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Dulche Leche 100 grams

  • Walnuts chopped 8-10

  • Chocolate biscuits 10-12

  • Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon

  • Butter melted 1/4 cup

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Put the chocolate biscuits into a zip lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Step 2

Transfer the crushed cookies into a bowl, add cocoa powder and melted butter and mix well.

Step 3

Spread the prepared biscuit mix on a tart mould and level with a spoon. Refrigerate to set.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick pan, add walnuts and dry roast them. Add dulche leche and mix well.

Step 5

Heat fresh cream in another non-stick pan till lukewarm.

Step 6

To make ganache, take dark chocolate in a bowl and pour the fresh cream over it and mix till well combined.

Step 7

Spread a layer of prepared walnut-dulche leche mixture over the biscuit layer in the tart mould.

Step 8

Top it with a layer of the chocolate ganache and form little peaks with a spoon.

Step 9

Sprinkle walnuts and refrigerate till sets. Demould, cut into wedges and serve cold.
