By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients carrots, Eggs Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Carrot Cake 3-4 medium carrots grated 3 tablespoons Eggs 1 medium Apple 1/3 cup Orange juice 1 Egg 18 measure Sugarfree Natura 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida) 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder Method Preheat oven to 180˚C. Grease a cake 9 inch cake tin with oil. Grate apple into a bowl. Add carrots and mix. Add orange juice and mix. Break the egg into it and mix well. Add Sugar Free Natura and mix well. Sieve refined flour, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, cinnamon powder into the above mixture and mix gently. Add oil and mix. Put the batter into the greased baking tin and bake in the preheated oven at 180˚C for approximately thirty minutes. Turn over the cake onto a rack to cool. Cut into slices and serve.
