Ingredients list for Cauliflower Bread with Flax seed
- 1 medium Cauliflower , grated
- 1 tablespoon Flax seeds , ground
- 3 tablespoons Desiccared coconut
- 2 tablespoon Almond flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tablespoon Paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns , crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 200° C.
- Squeeze out water from cauliflower, put it into a pan and steam for 5 minutes.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk till light in colour. Add cauliflower, desiccated coconut, almond flour, flax seeds, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, crushed peppercorns and baking powder And mix well to form a dough.
- Place the dough in a loaf tin and level it out. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- Bring the tin out of the oven and let it cool. Demould, cut into slices and serve.
