Ingredients for Chala Dal Namkeen - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Split Bengal gram (chana dal) soaked and drained 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon

  • Oil to deep fry

Method

Step 1

Mix together salt and chilli powder in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat sufficient oil in kadai. Deep-fry Bengal gram till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 3

Sprinkle prepared spice mixture on fried Bengal gram, mix well and let it cool.

Step 4

Serve or store in airtight container.
