Take a parat. Add chana masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, green chillies, green chutney, cream, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and cheese and mix well. Add chicken pieces and salt and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 4 hours. Grease the Gas Oven Tandoor with some oil. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto satay sticks, place on the Gas Oven Tandoor, cover with the lid and cook till the chicken is fully done, flipping once a while in between. Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot with green chutney.
