Put cheese balls in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin into a fine powder. Thinly slice the potatoes through a mandolin slicer into a bowl of water. Line a bowl with a muslin cloth, drain the potato slices, put into this bowl and pat them dry. Remove the muslin cloth and put the potato slices in the same bowl. Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over them, add salt and mix well. Add crushed cheese balls and mix well so that all the slices are well coated. Grease a baking tray with some olive oil and arrange the chips, in single layer, on it. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Bake all the chips in the same way.
