By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Salmon, Cream cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cheese Stuffed Smoked Salmon 8 slices Salmon fish tinned, smoked ½ cup Cream cheese 1 tablespoon Capers 1 Lemon segments 1 teaspoon Dill chopped to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1 large Cucumber sliced thinly for garnish Dill sprigs Method Take cream cheese in a bowl. Add capers, lemon segments and dill and mix well. Add crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well. Fill a piping bag with the mixture. Place the fish slices on the worktop. Pipe out the mixture atone end of each fish slice and roll. Place the fish rolls on cucumber slices and roll.
