Trim edges of bread slices and flatten them with rolling pin. Place in muffin tray and put a glass bowl on each cavity. Remove bowls after few minutes. Drizzle little oil on slices and place bowls again and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Mix cheese cubes, paneer cubes, jalapenos, black olives, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper powder and torn basil leaves in a bowl. Remove muffin tray from the oven and remove the glass bowls. Fill the bread cups with a spoonful of cheese mixture and put it back in oven and bake for 3-4 minutes more. Serve immediately.
