By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cream cheese, Feta cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheese and Pistachio Truffles 2 tablespoons Cream cheese 2 tablespoons Feta cheese for coating Pistachios chopped 12-15 Biscuits cracker to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Rosemary chopped to taste Crushed black peppercorns ½ cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated Method Coarsely grind cracker biscuits in a food processor and transfer into a bowl. Take cream cheese in another bowl. Add feta cheese, salt, chilli flakes, rosemary and crushed peppercorns and mix. Add cottage cheese and ground biscuits and mix well. Divide the cheese mixture into equal portions and shape into balls. Coat each ball with pistachios and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
