Ingredients list for Cheese and Pistachio Truffles

  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Feta cheese
  • for coating Pistachios chopped
  • 12-15 Biscuits cracker
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary chopped
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • ½ cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated

Method

  1. Coarsely grind cracker biscuits in a food processor and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Take cream cheese in another bowl. Add feta cheese, salt, chilli flakes, rosemary and crushed peppercorns and mix. Add cottage cheese and ground biscuits and mix well.
  3. Divide the cheese mixture into equal portions and shape into balls.
  4. Coat each ball with pistachios and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled.
