Ingredients
- 8 whole wheat rotis
 - Mozzarella cheese, finely chopped as required
 - 1 medium yellow capsicum
 - 1 medium red capsicum
 - 1 medium green capsicum
 - 250 grams readymade chicken tikka
 - 8 tablespoons pizza sauce
 - Salt to taste
 - Red chilli flakes to sprinkle
 - Dried mixed herbs to sprinkle
 - Pickled jalapenos sliced as required
 
Method
- Cut the capsicums into strips. Roughly chop chicken tikkas.
 - Heat a non-stick tawa, keep the rotis on it, one at a time, and let them get just warm.
 - Place one roti on the tawa, spread 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese and cover with another.
 - Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly and top it with 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. Top with mixed capsicums and chicken tikka. Sprinkle salt, chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
 - Place some jalapeno slices and some more mozzarella cheese on top, cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts and the roti turns crisp. Similarly, make more pizzas
 - Cut into wedges and serve hot.
