By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Nov 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole wheat rotis, Mozzarella cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cheeseburst Roti Pizza - SK Khazzan 8 Whole wheat rotis as required Mozzarella cheese finely chopped 1 Medium yellow capsicum 1 Medium red capsicum 1 Medium green capsicum 250 grams Readymade chicken tikka 8 tablespoons Pizza sauce to taste Salt to sprinkle Red chilli flakes to sprinkle Dried mixed herbs as required Pickled jalapenos sliced Method Cut the capsicums into strips. Roughly chop chicken tikkas. Heat a non-stick tawa, keep the rotis on it, one at a time, and let them get just warm. Place one roti on the tawa, spread 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese and cover with another. Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce evenly and top it with 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese. Top with mixed capsicums and chicken tikka. Sprinkle salt, chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Place some jalapeno slices and some more mozzarella cheese on top, cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts and the roti turns crisp.
