Ingredients for Cheeseburst Sandwich - SK Khazana Recipe

  • White bread slices 8

  • Cheese spread 4 tablespoons

  • Pizza sauce 4 tablespoons

  • Button mushrooms sliced 8-10

  • Corn kernels boiled 4 tablespoons

  • Chicken sausages sliced 4-5

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed to taste

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 4 tablespoons

  • Butter as required

Method

Step 1

Trim edges of 4 bread slices and flatten with a rolling pin.

Step 2

Spread 1 tablespoon cheese bread on remaining bread slices. Cover each with a flattened slice.

Step 3

Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each, top with some mushroom slices, 1 tablespoon corn kernels and few sausage slices. Sprinkle salt, crushed peppercorns and 1 tablespoon grated cheese on each.

Step 4

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a non-stick pan. Place one sandwich on it, cover and cook till cheese melts. Similarly cook the remaining sandwiches.

Step 5

Cut into triangles and serve immediately.
