By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken lollipops, Processed cheese Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cheesy Chicken Lollipop 8 Chicken lollipops 3/4 cup Processed cheese grated to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 1 pinch Sugar 1/2 cup Schezwan sauce 1/4 cup Cornflour to deep fry Oil 1/2 cup Fresh cream a pinch Red chilli flakes Method Take the chicken lollipops in a mixing bowl, add salt, white pepper powder, sugar and Schezwan sauce and mix well. Add cornflour and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 25-30 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, add the chicken lollipops and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat fresh cream in a non-stick pan, add grated processed cheese, salt and white pepper powder and mix well. Cook on medium heat till the cheese melts. Add dried red chilli flakes and mix.
