Ingredients list for Cheesy Chicken Lollipop

  • 8 Chicken lollipops
  • 3/4 cup Processed cheese grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Schezwan sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cornflour
  • to deep fry Oil
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • a pinch Red chilli flakes

Method

  1. Take the chicken lollipops in a mixing bowl, add salt, white pepper powder, sugar and Schezwan sauce and mix well. Add cornflour and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, add the chicken lollipops and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Heat fresh cream in a non-stick pan, add grated processed cheese, salt and white pepper powder and mix well. Cook on medium heat till the cheese melts. Add dried red chilli flakes and mix.
  4. Arrange the chicken lollipops on a serving plate and serve hot with cheese sauce.
