By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mozzarella cheese, Macaroni Cuisine Indo-Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheesy Makhni Macaroni ¾ cup Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup Macaroni boiled For topping Makhni sauce 1 tablespoon Butter 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida) 1-2 Spring onion chopped 1 cup Milk to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns for garnish coriander leaves Method Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add flour and sauté for a minute. Add spring onion with greens, mix and sauté well. Add milk, mix and cook till the sauce thickens. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add cheese, mix well and cook till the cheese melts. Add macaroni and mix well.
