By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Jun 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Crisp puris, Mozzarella cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheesy Puchkas 12-16 Crisp puris as required Mozzarella cheese gratedx as required Pizza sauce 3 tablespoons Corn kernels blanched 1 Small green capsicum finely chopped 1 Small red capsicum finely chopped to taste Salt to sprinkle Dried mixed herbs 5-6 Fresh basil leaves torn as required Cheese sauce to garnish Fresh parsley chopped Method Preheat oven to 180ยบ C. Break the top of puris or puchkas a little and arrange on a baking tray. Stuff each with some Mozzarella cheese, dash of pizza sauce, 3-4 corn kernels, some green and red capsicums. Sprinkle salt and some mixed herbs and top with some basil leaves, dash of cheese sauce and some more Mozzarella cheese. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
