Ingredients list for Cheesy Spiral Pasta

  • 1 cup White Spiral Pasta boiled
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Slices boiled
  • 5-6 Parmesan cheese slices
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons Tomato concasse
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red chillies
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cream

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Grind ¼ cup basil leaves, garlic cloves and 2 tbsps tomato concasse. Add this to the pan and mix well.
  3. Add white and spinach spiral pastas, remaining tomato concasse, salt, crushed black peppercorns, crushed red chillies and fresh cream and mix well.
  4. Add parmesan slices and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with few fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese and serve hot.
