Ingredients list for Chelo Kabab

  • 500 grams Chicken Mince
  • 1 cup Eggs paste
  • 3 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoons Red chilli paste
  • 4 Green chillies chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
  • to taste Salt
  • 100 grams Butter

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together, chicken mince, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, and cumin powder. Mix well.
  2. Add red chilli paste, 1 egg, refined flour, chopped chillies and salt. Mix well to form a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape to form small kebabs.
  4. Heat butter on a non stick grill pan, shallow fry the kebabs on both side till golden brown.
  5. Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot.
