Ingredients list for Chelo Kabab
- 500 grams Chicken Mince
- 1 cup Eggs paste
- 3 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons Red chilli paste
- 4 Green chillies chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- to taste Salt
- 100 grams Butter
Method
- In a bowl mix together, chicken mince, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, and cumin powder. Mix well.
- Add red chilli paste, 1 egg, refined flour, chopped chillies and salt. Mix well to form a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape to form small kebabs.
- Heat butter on a non stick grill pan, shallow fry the kebabs on both side till golden brown.
- Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot.
