Ingredients for Cherry Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  • Canned cherries seeded 25-30

  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 1/2 cups

  • Fresh cream 3/4 cup

  • Non-dairy whipped cream 1/2 cup


Step 1

Pour fresh cream into a non-stick pan and heat but do not boil.

Step 2

Take dark chocolate in a deep bowl, pour the hot cream into this bowl and mix till chocolate melts.

Step 3

Chop the cherries, add to the chocolate mixture and mix well. Add whipped cream and mix well.

Step 4

Transfer the mousse into a piping bag and snip off its pointed end.

Step 5

Take 4 stemmed glasses, pipe the mousse into them and tap them lightly. Keep them in the refrigerator to chill.

Step 6

Served chilled.
