By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Aug 2018 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Mozzarella cheese Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Cheese Bombs-SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Chicken mince as required Mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes 1 Large potato boiled, peeled, mashed 1/4 cup + for coating Dried breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon Mixed dried herbs 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 2 Eggs beaten to deep fry Oil to sprinkle Fresh parsley finely chopped to serve Tomato ketchup Method Grind chicken mince to a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl. Add potato, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions, stuff each portion with a mozzarella cheese cube and shape into a ball. Dip each ball in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry stuffed balls till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
